1. Eligibility

By accessing Begja, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. If you are using the Services on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind them to these Terms.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and updated information

  • Keep your login credentials secure

  • Take responsibility for all activity under your account

Begja reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraudulent or abusive activity.

3. Marketplace Usage

Users agree to:

  • Sellers: Provide truthful product information, fulfill orders promptly, and honor marketplace rules

  • Buyers: Make legitimate purchases, follow return/refund policies, and communicate respectfully with sellers

We reserve the right to remove content or listings that violate our policies or applicable laws.

4. Fees and Payments

  • Sellers may be subject to listing fees, transaction fees, and service charges, which are disclosed transparently

  • Buyers agree to pay all costs associated with their purchases, including shipping and applicable taxes

  • Payments are processed through trusted third-party payment providers. Begja does not store sensitive payment details.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the platform to:

  • Engage in unlawful, misleading, or harmful conduct

  • Sell counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited items

  • Infringe on intellectual property rights

  • Spam, harass, or abuse other users

  • Attempt to manipulate ratings or reviews

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or legal action.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Begja—including logos, designs, software, and text—is owned or licensed by Begja and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our permission.

7. User-Generated Content

Users may post reviews, comments, and other content. By submitting content, you grant Begja a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute it. We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion.

8. Dispute Resolution

Disputes between users should first be resolved amicably. Begja may assist in facilitating resolutions but is not liable for outcomes. Legal disputes involving Begja shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, and users consent to the jurisdiction of its courts.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

  • Begja provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind

  • We do not guarantee product quality, seller performance, or uninterrupted service

  • Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law

10. Termination

Begja may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or applicable laws. Upon termination, your access to Services will be revoked, but obligations (such as payments or legal liabilities) may still apply.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notice. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
