Shipping Policy

At Begja, we connect buyers and sellers from all over the world. Because Begja operates as a global online marketplace — where each product is sold and fulfilled directly by independent sellers — shipping methods, fees, processing times, and delivery timelines may vary depending on the seller’s location, policies, and chosen courier services.


1. Shipping Responsibility

All orders placed on Begja are shipped directly by the individual sellers. Each seller is solely responsible for:

  • Packaging and dispatching the order

  • Choosing the appropriate courier

  • Providing valid tracking information (where applicable)

  • Communicating estimated delivery times

Begja does not ship products directly and is not responsible for shipping delays or logistics failures.


2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

Shipping options and carriers are selected by the seller. These may include:

  • Local or national postal services

  • Third-party logistics providers (e.g., DHL, FedEx, J&T, Pos Indonesia, etc.)

  • Express, economy, or standard delivery options (as set by the seller)

Buyers should check the Shipping Info section on the product page or seller store page for available shipping methods.


3. Processing Time

Sellers are required to ship items within the processing time specified in the product listing. Typical handling time ranges from 1–5 business days, depending on the product type, availability, and seller policies.

Please note:

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays may require additional time

  • Customized or made-to-order items may take longer to prepare


4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated and set by the seller. Fees may vary based on:

  • Destination country or region

  • Item weight, size, or quantity

  • Shipping method and speed

  • Combined shipping (if applicable)

The total shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.


5. Tracking & Confirmation

If tracking is available, the seller will provide a tracking number once the item has shipped. You can view tracking details from your Begja account dashboard under Orders.

If the seller does not offer tracking, you may need to wait until the estimated delivery date before submitting an inquiry.


6. International Shipping

Some sellers may offer international delivery, while others may only ship domestically. Buyers are responsible for:

  • Verifying that the seller ships to their country

  • Understanding and complying with import regulations

  • Paying any applicable customs duties, taxes, or handling fees

Begja is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or international shipping restrictions.


7. Undeliverable Packages & Delivery Issues

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed packages:

  • The buyer must contact the seller directly to resolve the issue

  • Reshipping (if applicable) may require an additional fee

  • If no resolution is reached, the buyer may initiate a PayPal dispute within 180 days


8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

  • Contact the seller immediately through your Begja account

  • Provide clear documentation (photos, tracking screenshots, etc.)

  • The seller may issue a refund or replacement depending on their policy and the shipping carrier’s terms

For unresolved issues, buyers may open a dispute through PayPal, subject to eligibility under PayPal Buyer Protection.


9. Begja’s Role

Begja is a marketplace platform and does not handle or control shipping operations. We:

  • Provide tools for buyers and sellers to communicate

  • Require sellers to meet minimum shipping and communication standards

  • Investigate reports of fraud or abuse on the platform

We encourage sellers to ship responsibly and buyers to review seller ratings before making a purchase.
