Begja is a global online marketplace where independent sellers and buyers connect directly.
2. How does Begja work?
Sellers list their products, and buyers purchase directly using PayPal. Begja acts as a facilitator, not a seller or payment processor.
3. Is Begja available internationally?
Yes. Begja supports both local and international transactions depending on seller shipping options.
BUYER QUESTIONS
4. How do I place an order?
Browse products, add to cart, and proceed to PayPal checkout. Payment goes directly to the seller.
5. What payment methods are accepted?
PayPal only. You can use PayPal balance, credit/debit card, or linked bank account.
6. I didn't receive my order. What should I do?
Contact the seller via your account. If unresolved, open a dispute through PayPal within 180 days.
7. Can I return or get a refund for a product?
Depends on the seller's return policy. PayPal Buyer Protection may apply if the item is not received or not as described.
8. Do I need a Begja account to buy?
Yes, an account is required to buy, message sellers, and track orders.

9. How do I become a seller on Begja?
Click “Sell on Begja,” complete your profile, and link your PayPal account.
10. How do I get paid?
Payments go directly to your PayPal account after a successful transaction.

12. Am I responsible for shipping the products?
Yes. Sellers are responsible for shipping and providing tracking information (if available).
