Seller Agreement

Effective Date: April 20, 2025

This Seller Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("Seller", "you", or "your") and Begja ("we", "us", or "our"). By registering as a seller and listing products on Begja, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.


1. Eligibility and Account

To sell on Begja, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or a legally registered business

  • Maintain an accurate, up-to-date seller profile

  • Provide a valid and verified PayPal account for receiving payments

Begja reserves the right to approve, suspend, or terminate seller accounts at its sole discretion.


2. Your Responsibilities as a Seller

By listing items on Begja, you agree to:

  • Accurately describe and represent your products

  • Fulfill orders in a timely and professional manner

  • Ship products within the stated processing time

  • Handle communication, returns, and refunds directly with buyers

  • Issue refunds (if applicable) through your own PayPal account

  • Respond to buyer messages and disputes promptly

  • Comply with all applicable local and international laws (e.g., product safety, consumer rights, taxes, import/export regulations)


3. Prohibited Products and Activities

You may not list or sell:

  • Counterfeit, pirated, or unauthorized goods

  • Illegal, restricted, or hazardous items

  • Stolen property or items that infringe intellectual property rights

  • Products that violate Begja’s policies or local law

Engaging in fraud, manipulation, or abuse (including fake orders or feedback) will result in immediate termination and potential legal action.


4. Fees and Commissions

Begja may charge:

  • Listing Fees: Free or fixed fee per item (if applicable)

  • Marketplace Commission: A percentage of the final sale price

  • Promotional Fees: Optional paid advertising or featured placement

Fee structures will be clearly communicated in the Seller Dashboard or relevant policy page. Sellers are responsible for reviewing and understanding applicable charges.


5. Payments

  • Payments from buyers are sent directly to your PayPal account

  • Begja does not process, hold, or mediate payments

  • You are solely responsible for your financial obligations, taxes, and compliance with PayPal terms

Any disputes related to payments must be resolved through PayPal or with the buyer directly.


6. Shipping & Fulfillment

You are responsible for:

  • Clearly stating your shipping policy, processing time, and regions you ship to

  • Providing valid tracking information (if available)

  • Packaging items securely and professionally

  • Resolving shipping-related issues with buyers

Failure to fulfill orders or excessive delivery complaints may lead to account suspension.


7. Returns & Refunds

  • You must clearly communicate your return/refund policy on your listings or store page

  • You must handle and process returns and refunds in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and PayPal’s policies

  • All refunds must be issued via your PayPal account

Sellers must cooperate with buyers in good faith to resolve complaints.


8. Seller Conduct

As a seller, you agree to:

  • Act respectfully and professionally toward buyers and Begja staff

  • Not solicit buyers to transact outside the platform

  • Not manipulate reviews, ratings, or traffic

Repeated misconduct or negative buyer reports may result in penalties or removal from the platform.


9. Taxes and Legal Compliance

You are solely responsible for:

  • Reporting and paying any applicable sales taxes, VAT, import/export duties

  • Issuing invoices or documentation if required by law

  • Complying with all legal and regulatory obligations in your jurisdiction

Begja does not provide tax advice or legal representation.


10. Intellectual Property

You must only upload content (images, product descriptions, branding) that:

  • You own or have the right to use

  • Does not infringe on third-party rights

You grant Begja a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your content for promotional and operational purposes on the platform.


11. Account Suspension & Termination

Begja reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your seller account at any time for:

  • Policy violations

  • Legal violations

  • Fraud, misconduct, or poor buyer experiences

  • Repeated failure to fulfill orders or respond to disputes

Termination may result in the removal of your listings and loss of access to your store.


12. Limitation of Liability

Begja is not liable for:

  • Financial losses due to disputes, refunds, chargebacks, or fraud

  • Buyer conduct or misuse of your products

  • Delays, interruptions, or errors on the platform

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.


13. Amendments

Begja may update this Seller Agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
