1. Commission Scheme
Begja applies a flat 10% commission on the total payment received by the seller for each successful transaction on the platform.
- The commission is calculated from the total payment received via PayPal, including shipping costs if paid by the buyer.
- There are no hidden or additional fees.
- Payments from buyers are made directly to the seller's PayPal account (direct payment). However, the commission must still be paid separately to Begja.
2. Commission Payment
The commission for each transaction will be automatically accumulated by the system.
Sellers are required to pay commission at least once per month.
Commission payments are made through the Commission menu available in the seller panel.
How to Pay Commission:
- Log in to your seller panel on Begja.
- Go to the Commission menu.
- Check the total commission due.
- Click the "Pay Now" button to complete the payment.
- Follow the instructions in the system to finalize the payment.
3. Payment Delays
Sellers who fail to pay the commission on time will face account restrictions, including:
- Unable to accept new orders.
- Unable to list new products.
Restrictions will automatically be lifted once all commissions are paid via the Commission menu.
Reminder notifications will be sent via email and displayed in the seller panel.
4. Commission History & Reports
All transaction histories and commission statuses are available in the History menu.
Sellers can monitor:
- Commission charged for each order.
- Payment status of the commission.
- Commission cancellation requests (if a refund occurs).
5. Refunds & Disputes
If a transaction is fully refunded or if a dispute results in a chargeback via PayPal, the commission for that transaction may be canceled.
Sellers can simply go to the History menu and click the "Request Cancellation" button next to the relevant transaction.
The system will automatically verify the refund status in PayPal and cancel the commission if applicable.
Partial refunds do not qualify for commission cancellation. The commission will remain based on the original total payment amount.
