4. Shipping & Tracking
Sellers handle shipping directly and will provide tracking information when available. You can monitor the status of your order in Orders.
5. Receive & Review
Once your order arrives, confirm receipt and leave a review to help the seller grow and assist future buyers.
6. Buyer Protection
Didn’t receive your item or got something completely different? You’re protected by PayPal Buyer Protection for up to 180 days.
FOR SELLERS
1. Create a Seller Account
Register as a seller, complete your profile, and connect your PayPal account to start receiving payments.
2. List Your Products
Upload product images, write accurate descriptions, and set your pricing. You can customize shipping zones and processing times.
3. Get Discovered by Buyers
Your products are automatically published and can be discovered through search, categories, and personalized recommendations.
4. Receive Payments Directly
When a buyer places an order, funds go directly to your PayPal account. No waiting. No platform hold.
5. Ship Your Product
Package and ship the item as promised. Provide tracking (if applicable) and mark the item as shipped.
