Product Returns

At Begja, we believe in providing a transparent and secure shopping experience. To ensure the satisfaction of both buyers and sellers, we have a clear and easy-to-follow return policy.

1. Return Window

Buyers can request a return within 180 days from the date the product was shipped. This aligns with PayPal’s Buyer Protection policy, which gives buyers ample time to file a claim if the product is not as described or not received.

2. Eligible Products for Return

  • Products that are still in new, unused condition.
  • Products that match the description on the product page.

3. Non-Returnable Products

  • Opened and used products.
  • Digital products or downloads.
  • Perishable items or items with a limited shelf life.

4. Return Process

  • Buyers must contact the seller through the Begja platform to initiate the return process.
  • Buyers are required to return the item to the seller using a valid tracking number.
  • Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or not as described.

5. Refund Process

After the item is received by the seller and verified, the seller will notify Begja that the return has been completed, and the refund will be issued to the buyer.

Refunds through PayPal will be credited back to the account used by the buyer for payment.

Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after the return process is completed.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between a buyer and seller regarding a return or refund, either party can file a claim through PayPal’s Resolution Center. Below are the steps to take:

1. Filing a Claim

Buyers or sellers who feel aggrieved can file a claim through the PayPal Resolution Center within 180 days of the transaction.

If the return is inadequate or does not comply with the return policy, you may contact Begja Customer Support for further assistance.

2. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute is not resolved within 20 days, the claim may be escalated for further decision-making.

We encourage users to resolve disputes directly with the involved parties before filing an official claim.

3. Resolution by PayPal

PayPal will facilitate the dispute resolution process through PayPal Buyer Protection for buyers and Seller Protection for sellers. This ensures that both parties are protected throughout the resolution process.

Begja’s Role

Begja serves solely as a marketplace platform that connects buyers and sellers for direct transactions. Begja does not handle payments or refunds directly. All financial transactions and refund processes are handled by PayPal, the payment processor.

We provide a secure platform for direct transactions without intermediaries, ensuring that payments are made directly to the seller's PayPal account after the buyer completes the payment via PayPal.

  • Returns are only applicable if the item received does not match the description or was damaged during shipping.
