Product Description:

Spironolactone 25 mg by Dexa Medica is a potassium-sparing diuretic (water pill) used to treat conditions such as high blood pressure, heart failure, edema (fluid retention), and certain cases of hormonal imbalances like hyperaldosteronism and acne caused by excess androgens.

Indications:

• Hypertension (high blood pressure)

• Congestive heart failure

• Edema (due to liver cirrhosis, nephrotic syndrome)

• Primary hyperaldosteronism

• Hormonal acne and hirsutism (in off-label use under doctor supervision)

Composition:
Each tablet contains Spironolactone 25 mg

Dosage:
As directed by a physician. Typically taken once or twice daily, with or after meals.

How to Use:
